    Advance notice

    The tariff states 48-hour notice with agent reconfirmation 24 hours before arrival.

  2. 02

    Pre-arrival documents

    Electronic documents are stated as due at least eight hours before arrival, with call-specific cargo and hazardous declarations where applicable.

  3. 03

    Port communications

    The tariff directs the master to contact Port Signal Station on VHF channel 16.

  4. 04

    Pilotage and tugs

    Pilotage applies subject to the tariff's stated exemptions. Tug use remains at the Harbour Master's discretion.

  5. 05

    Cargo working hours

    Container handling is available 24/7. General cargo and CFS operating hours differ.

  6. 06

    Supplies and attendance

    Fresh water and approved marine suppliers are covered subject to availability and port requirements.

  7. 07

    Anchorage services

    The tariff covers cargo services at port anchorage. Safety, transport and meals for supplied personnel remain the vessel or agent's responsibility.

  8. 08

    Launch and mooring support

    Pilot launches, mooring launches and tugs are available through the port's marine-service arrangements.
